Device Management - Removing Devices

So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

 

Annoying!

We've reset your devices for you, so you should be able to continue viewing.

I am also having problems with this and it is very frustrating. I have tried deleting devices on multiple computers and none of them seem to actually delete. Please sort this out. Thanks

I am also having the same issues - i wish to remove my PC and add my Ipad - tried to delete this 10x now and still shows up as a device. Worst still, i can now no longer watch it on the PC i have tried to remove!

 

Looking at the messages on here, i can see no fix but someone from NOW TV emails this.

@Anonymous User the quickest method is to jump on to Live Chat and let them know you are unable to remove your devices.
Start at this help page, and at the bottom will be a Contact Us button, from here Live Chat should be available (hours are 8am-midnight).
Alternatively just wait for a member of staff to read your post and get in contact (could take several hours).
