Device Limit Reached

I have just signed up again, last subscribed in May 14, as I signed in on my phone it has registered that device which is fine, but now its saying I cannot register another device my Chromecast and Smart TV.

 

Only thing I can think off is the account still remembers my old now tv box from 2 years ago and my PS3 both long since gone!.

 

If this is the case please Sky in good faith please release my devices or give me a pass so I set up another account as it's not like I used this service in the last two months this is almost 2 years!!!
